Our house
... is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, sunny and just a stone's throw from the lake, mountain railway, golf course and Karwendel valleys. It's just 5 minutes on foot to the gathering spot for paragliders.
In the summer, enjoy our lawn with a panoramic view of the Karwendel and the Rofan mountains; in the winter, enter the cross-country ski tracks right next to the house.
In the more than 300-year-old farm house you'll find a harmonious combination of tradition and modern spirit. Comfortable living and many historic pieces of furniture make for an exciting symbiosis!

The children's play area is right next to the lawn so you can have an eye on your children from the recliner!

The children can enjoy a giant trampoline, slide, swings, slackline and table tennis.
